Christians have been charged to provoke the wonders of God’s presence through praise and worship.

A guest Minister, Pastor Mrs Esther Rogbesan of Next Level Parish of RCCG, gave the charge at the 2023 Sisters’ Convention of the City of David Parish in Lokoja.

Pastor Mrs Rogbesan while speaking on the theme; Wonders Of His Presence” urged Christians to also access the presence of God through living a holy life as victories, divine deliverance, fullness of joy and spiritual growth are all packages received in His Presence.

In her welcome address, the Women Leader of the Parish, Mrs Alami Okedi said this year’s theme was necessitated by the need to move closer to God and access the wonders of God’s presence.

Mrs Okedi expressed appreciation to the Parish leadership for thier continued support to the women and urged all participants to avail themselves of all the programmes meant for the day.

In a remark, the Pastor in charge of zone, Pastor Mrs Eunice Olayemi Ajiboye said the annual programme was meant to encourage women to be more closer to God and be a vessel unto honour in God’s vineyard.

The programme which featured; Drama, Testimony, and other varieties was coordinated by Mrs Roseline Fanwo has in attendance women from within and outside the parish.
