Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC has paraded 6 suspects for different criminal offences in Dange Shuni Local Government of Sokoto State.

Parading the suspects, the state commandant of the NSCDC, Muhammad Dada said the arrest was made after gathering intelligent reports from the inhabitants of the area in the state.

He said one of the suspects, Siddi Kuruwa had allegedly robbed and killed one Riskuwa Kalamu believed to be a Fulani man.

Dada explained that the command also recovered 14 cows, 52 sheep and 3 Donkeys from 2 suspects while the remaining 3 were arrested for alleged sodomy and rape cases.

The Commandant worried that their challenges are the issues of Yan Sakai who mostly gives the criminals information about their targets.

Muhammad Dada noted that the Sokoto state had proscribed Yan Sakai in the state because they were known for extra- judicious killings in the state.

He appealed to members of the public to cooperate with security agencies for socio-security development in the State.
