Kogi State President, Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees, Comrade Tade Adeyemi has expressed appreciation to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for the recently approval and release of promotion of Staff at the Local Government Areas in the State.

Comrade Adeyemi also thank the Chairman of the Kogi State Local Government Service Commission, Mr. Adams Adabenege as well for the development.

The NULGE President in a statement described the development as a good one and in tandem with Governor Bello’s promise of releasing the said promotion before the end of the year.

He assured of the continued commitment of workers towards service delivery at the local government levels in fulfilling the Governor’s policy of giving workers thier desired entitlement for optimum service.

On the budget assented to by Governor Yahaya Bello, the State NULGE President described it as a budget meant to address infrastructural deficits and plane the State on a higher pedestal of development both physically and human wise and prayed for continued good health for him, his family, the State Executive Council and members of the State House of Assembly as well as the people of the State in the new year.
