Married Couples have been charged to remain faithful to thier marital vows till death.

The Director of Works, Federal Polytechnic Idah, Pastor Sunday Apeh made the call while reviewing a book; Honouring Your Marital Vow” written by a seasoned broadcaster and engineer with the Nigerian Television Station, NTA, Idah, Kogi State.

Pastor Apeh said the need for couples to stay committed to thier marital vows became imperative in view of the challenges confronting the home.

He described the book as a compendium of step by step commitment to the sacred institution of marriage.

The Director who said the 48 pages book was written based on practical knowledge and experience of the author, interviews conducted as well as experienced authors in the field of marriage is a necessity for both married and would be couple as a guide towards a successful home.

He commended the author for a well researched, documented and practical approach in the book in facing the challenges at home including the need for couples to appreciate each other always, prayed for one another and face the challenges of life as one.

Guest Speaker at the occasion, Pastor Stephen Haruna enjoined married couples to avoid divorce as that would incur the wrath of God.

In a remark, the author;” Honouring Your Marital Vow” who is a registered member of COREN and seasoned broadcaster Meseko Oluwarotimi said the book was written out of divine inspiration and practical knowledge and approach to marriage to help build a lasting legacies in homes and fulfill God’s mandate for couples and would be couple.

He said challenges in the home are surmountable if couples stay faithful to thier vows, study God’s word, prayed and receive godly counsel in thier marital journey.

Meseko Oluwarotimi is an Assistant Chief Engineer with the NTA, Idah Kogi State, NTA merit award recipient, registered member of COREN, an author of books, a Minister with RCCG and a seasoned broadcaster.
