Google has introduced its generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) model to help users with smart compose, replies and summaries in the workspace.

In a statement, Johanna Voolich Wright, Vice President, Product, Google Workspace, said AI had been transformational in building products that had earned a valued place in people’s lives.

Generative AI is an artificial intelligence model that can produce various types of text, images, audio, videos and synthetic data by predicting the next word or pixel.

According to Johanna, the products would help to save more time with smart compose and reply, generate summaries for Docs, look more professional in meetings, and stay safe against malware and phishing attacks.

‘’Google is now making it possible for workspace users to harness the power of generative AI to create, build, connect, collaborate and grow together like never before’’, she stated.
