The Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja is currently embarking on structural upgrade.

The Management of the hospital disclosed this in a statement in Lokoja.

The statement said the upgrade and reconstruction would enable the hospital to meet up with the increased health demands of the people of the state and beyond.

It noted that the project would temporary affect some services offered by the health Institution and appealed for mutual understanding from the public and clients.

It maintained that no time would be wasted to ensure the rapid completion of the project and assured that the hospital would keep improving on its facilities to meet up with the health needs of the people.
