Christians have been charged to continue in thier selfless service to God and humanity.

Pastor Mayowa Balogun of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Miracle Center Parish, Sunrise Area, Lokoja, made the call at a send forth service in honour of the immediate Past Area Pastor, Pastor Mrs Eunice Yemisi Ajiboye.

Pastor Balogun in his message titled: “A Reasonable Service” said that for a Christian service to be accepted of God, it must involve self denial, sacrifices of praise, as well as conform to the Holy Spirit.

He described Pastor Mrs Ajiboye as a cheerful giver both in physical and material wise as well as lover of God.

In thier separate testmonies, the women, youth, excellent men, children and individuals testified of the godly virtues of Pastor Mrs Ajiboye and the husband Elder David Jimoh Ajiboye and their selfless service to the Parish.

They described them as role models to families, epitome of a godly christian home, lovers of God, teacher and singer praying God to grant her wisdom in her new assignment as well the Pastor to continue to support her in her ministerial assignment.

The Area Pastor in charge of Sunrise Parish, Pastor John Adamu and the Zonal Pastor, Pastor Omerekpe all extolled the virtues of diligence, hardwork, and unequal love and passion for God’s work by Pastor Mrs Ajiboye and the husband.

In their separate remarks, Pastor Mrs Eunice Yemisi Ajiboye and Elder David Jimoh Ajiboye expressed appreciation to the Parish for recognizing thier modest contributions in God’s vineyard while in the Parish.

Pastor Mrs Ajiboye also appreciated the husband for his continued support to her ministerial assignment and to the church for standing by the family during thier times of trials.

Highlights of the programme was songs rendition, presentation of gifts and group photograph.
