Nigerian youths have been urged to be optimistic about Government desire to create a conducive environment for thier greater future.

The Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Special Duty, AIG(RTD) Cornelius Kayode Aderanti made the call after being conferred with the “Doctor of Science In Political Science (Honoris Causa) by the Federal University Lokoja.

Mr. Aderanti said the Federal Government has package series of intervention Programmes for the youths to help engage them meaningfully to be self reliant after graduation.

He urged the graduands at the 5th Convocation of the school to be steadfast, honest and believe in one indivisible Nigeria to give them the best in life.

The retied AIG said thee award given him would propel him to continue in his humanitarian services to the University and the nation at large.

He assured of his support to the Federal University Lokoja towards the infrastructural development of the Institution and make it one of the best in the country.

On the security challenges confronting the country, the former Police Boss said the Federal Government has deployed enough resources to aquire more equipment as well recruit manpower to check the development stressing the need for all hands to be on deck as security is the responsibility of all Nigerians.
