The Radio, Television, Theatre & Arts Workers Of Nigeria, RATTAWU, has appointed Comrade Habitat Umar Ibrahim, AKA “Big Letter H” as it’s Acting Vice President Of National Women Committee, NWC, of the Union.

The appointment was conveyed to her in a letter signed by the General Secretary of RATTAWU, Comrade A. Akpausoh on behalf of the President and the Executive Members of the Union.

In a swift reaction, Kogi State Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Comrade Gabriel Amari described the appointment as well deserved in view of her track record of excellent performance as the State Chairperson of the Women Wing of NLC.

Comrade Amari said the Radio ICON, called “Mama Labour” has proven her worth over and over in the activities of the Union.

The NLC Boss on behalf of the Union felicitated with her, assuring of the full support of the Union in her new assignment and wished her greater heights in life.
