Kogi State Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Comrade Gabriel Amari has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls in the State on the occasion of Eld-El-Kabir celebration.

Comrade Amari in a statement appealed to Muslim Ummah to imbibe the lesson of sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim to obey all injunctions of Allah for a greater society.

According to him, the occasion calls for the need to reach out to the less privileged in view of the prevailing economic situation of the Nation.

He equally urged them to continue to show love to all in respect of religious affiliations as the Organised Labour will rest on its oars in engaging Government for a better welfare for workers.

The NLC chairman admonished Muslim faithfuls to remember the Nation in prayers as well as Kogi State in view of the forthcoming gubernatorial election come November.

He prayed for more of Allah’s blessings on all Muslim faithfuls to celebrate more Eld-El-Kabir in thier lifetime.
