The Women Wing of Nigeria Institute of Estate Survivors and Valuers Kogi State Chapter have been charged to be professional and diligent in the discharge of their duties.

The Permanent Secretary in the office of the Deputy Governor, Mrs Zainab Obadaki David gave the charge while receiving in audience the female executive members of the Institute In her office on a courtesy visit to felicitate with her on her elevation and appointment as Permanent Secretary.

Addressing the delegations from the Institute, Mrs Zainab Obadaki David encouraged members of the profession to strive for excellent and be on top of their professional ethics urging them to be good ambassador of the profession by being steadfast in upholding the standard of the profession.

” be faithful and honourable in your conducts don’t bend rules and don’t joke with people’s properties in your care “

She enjoyed them to work in Unity in promoting the ideals and principles of the professional body

Earlier in her address the leader of the delegation ESB Elias Oluyemi said that they her in her office to felicitate with her as one of their on her elevation to the position of a Permanent Secretary
She used the avenue to appeal to the State Government to accord the professional body adequate recognition and be given their due responsibilities which includes; Professional in building industry with sound ability to manage lands and properties rentals valuations among many others which is capable of contributing enormously to the state economic growth.

Members of the professional body present took time to extol the sterling qualities of the permanent Secretary describing her as a huge blessing to the profession
