The Management and Students of Kogi State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Obangede has felicitated with Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello on the 31st Anniversary of the creation of the State.

A statement signed by the Provost of the College, Mrs Hannah Abraham on behalf of the College said Governor Bello has impacted on the educational sector especially the Institution in the areas of infrastructural development as well upgrading it to meet with international standard.

She noted with delight the Governor’s intervention in the construction of hotels for the College and full accreditation of it’s courses.

The Provost noted with delight the milestone recorded by this present administration under the dynamic leadership of the Governor has drawn students from within and outside State to the College with uninterrupted academic session.

Mrs Abraham prayed for the Governor and his team for more of God’s protection, wisdom, sound health to take the State to the desired heights of unparalleled development.

She also felicitated on behalf with management with the Secretary to the State Government, Doc. Mrs Folashade Arike Ayoade, the State Head of Service Mrs Hannah Odiyo and all other female appiontees for the grace to witness and celebrate Kogi @31.

The Provost assured of the commitment of the Management and Students of the College to the present administration in it’s quest to make life better for the citizens.
