Governor Yahaya Bello has assured that all ongoing projects in the state will be completed before the end of the present administration.
Governor Bello gave the assurance while speaking to newsmen after inspecting on going projects in the State capital, Lokoja.
The Governor, who said most of the projects were at completion stage, expressed satisfaction with the level of work done so far at the sites visited.
He pointed out that most of the projects were ready for inauguration and commended the contractors for quality job and abiding by specifications.
While addressing staff and students at the Government Day Secondary School Adankolo, Governor Bello stated that the model science secondary school was borne out of the promise made to transform the institution and to restore the lost glory of public schools.
He charged the students to use the facilities provided well, study hard and become responsible leaders of tomorrow.
The Governor noted that the present administration has invested greatly in the education sector and provided educational as well as sporting facilitate for their all round development.
Responding, Head boy of the school thanked the Governor for deeming it fit to transform the school to a model, assuring that they will justify government’s huge investment by studying hard and becoming successful.
The projects inspected were the river embankment at Kpata, drainage at Post Office, Muhammadu Buhari Square, GYB model science secondary school Adankolo and the State Specialist Hospital.
