
Kogi State Chairman of the Nigeria Civil Service Union, NCSU, Comrade Tony Obasa has felicitated with Christians in the State on the occasion of Christmas celebration.
Comrade Obasa in a statement in Lokoja described the period of Christmas as a time of love, sharing and caring for one another as well as praying for leaders in position of authority.
The NCSU Boss urged Christians to use the occasion to also pray towards a successful and violence free 2023 general elections.
He assured of the determination of his leadership to continue to work towards better service delivery for members for optimum performance.
The NCSU Boss felicitated with leadership of all trade unions in the State, the Executive Governor, Governor Yahaya Bello for putting policies in place to better the welfare of civil servants especially the cash backing of promotions, the Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja, the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Doctor Mrs Folashade Ayoade, the Head of Civil Service, Mrs Hannah Odiyo and all political appointees on this occasion and prayed for a greater Kogi State.
