Death has been described as a necessary end for all mortals.

Jehovah Witness Oshagbemi Adebayo stated this at the funeral service of Pa Simon Ikutanmiwa Adebisi at the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Ayewa Quarters in Ayetoro Gbedde, Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Jehovah Witness Adebayo said although death ends the existence of the physical body but there is life after death in eternity with God.

He described Pa Simon Adebisi as a dedicated and committed witness of Christ who laboured in God’s vineyard till death.

The Minister charged the people to put their trust and faith in God to be able to reign with Him after death.

He urged the children of the deceased to be console with the fact that thier father lived a fulfilled life.

Speaking in an interview, one of the son of the deceased, Doctor Joseph Femi Adebisi said the death of his father has created a vacuum which would be difficult to fill in the family.

Doctor Adebisi described the father as a man of integrity, forthrightness and a committed believer in God whose read the bible thirty times from Genesis to Revelation in his life time.

He expressed appreciation to all and sundry who attended the funeral service of the father.

Also speaking, the wife of Doctor Adebisi, described his father in-law as caring, loving and accommodating of all in- respect of people’s short comings.

Also in an interview, Mr. Nicholas Adebisi and Vincent Adebisi both children of the deceased said thier father would be missed for his hardworking and generosity to his children and people at large.

In his message, the Presiding Pastor of Rhema Chapel International, Lokoja Pastor George Ayo who equally condoled with the family on behalf of the Church said Pa Simon Ikutanmiwa Adebisi lived a good legacies for the children as well as a resilient life worthy of emulation.

The funeral service was followed by a reception attended by dignitaries from all works of life.
