A House of Assembly Aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Olushola Kilani Olumo, has assured the people of Ijumu State Constituency of consolidation on the successes achieved so far if reelected.

Hon. Olumo made the pledge after his screening by the Party in Lokoja.

He said there was need for consolidation on his achievement so far in the areas of education, security, health and human empowerment which informed his desire to constest for a second term in office.

According to him, experience is key in legislative matters to make meaningful impact hence the need to recontest to achieve set goals.

Hon. Olumo urged the delegates to support his aspiration for a second term to attract more dividends of democracy to the Constituency.

According to him, his Constituency is not lagging behind in development as he has moved several motions of urgent public importance in critical sectors towards addressing the challenges confronting his Constituency and the State at large.

Hon. Olumo said aspirants to the State House of Assembly must be knowledgeable in legislative matters, good at lobbying, work with other Arms of government and be passionate about the development of his area, noting that he possess these qualities to make meaningful impact if given the mandate for another term.
