The All Progressives Congress (APC), Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee says it is going ahead with its National Convention scheduled for February 2022.

To this end, the party is to set up a Committee on Budget and others relevant to the success of the Convention.

Secretary, National Caretaker Committee of the party, Senator John Akpanudoedehe stated this while briefing journalists after a meeting of the National Leadership of the party in Abuja.

Senator Akpanudoedehe said the party also congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on the implementation of several pro-people policies that positively impacted the lives of Nigerians.

He said the National leadership of the party subsequently passed a vote of confidence on the administration of President Buhari and promised to engage critical stakeholders on issues that affected the citizens.

Senator Akpanudoedehe thanked Nigerians for their continued support for the Party and the APC-led government amidst the challenges.
